Key Accountabilities
As a Pharma Associate, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Effective Product Promotion and Selling: Utilize the Sales Certification Model to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals effectively.
- Achievement of Sales Targets: Meet or exceed agreed sales targets within the defined territory and time frame.
- Implementation of Marketing Strategies: Execute marketing strategies to ensure a positive Return on Investment (ROI).
- Building Rapport with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs): Establish and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to support product promotion.
- Continuous Learning: Regularly update your knowledge of products and diseases, enhance your selling skills, and achieve satisfactory marks in quizzes.
- New Customer Identification and Development: Identify and develop new customers to expand our market reach.
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:
- Education: Graduates, preferably in science or Pharm. D.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. While experience is not mandatory, 2-3 years of experience in a related field would be an added benefit.
Required Skills
The ideal candidates should possess the following skills:
- Fluency in Communication: Proficient in verbal and written communication in both Urdu and English.
- Interpersonal and Relationship Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Initiative and Teamwork: Demonstrate self-initiative, drive, and the ability to work as a team player.
- Leadership Development: Capable of developing Opinion Leaders as advocates and speakers for the company.
- Event Planning and Organization: Ability to plan and organize events such as seminars, symposia, and roundtable meetings.
- Willingness to Travel: Willing to travel extensively as part of the role.
