• A Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics, Rural Development, Business Administration, or Social Sciences.

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), knowledge management, and communication, preferably within national or international donor-funded organizations.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive M&E plans.
• Skilled in writing reports that depict project interventions and results.

1. Technical Proficiency:

• Proficient in using databases, modern Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in development, and other computer applications for M&E.
• Demonstrated skills in both quantitative and qualitative analysis and data management.
• Experienced in designing and implementing successful communication and knowledge management strategies.

1. Communication Skills:

• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
