- Educational Background:
- A Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics, Rural Development, Business Administration, or Social Sciences.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), knowledge management, and communication, preferably within national or international donor-funded organizations.
- Professional Expertise:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive M&E plans.
- Skilled in writing reports that depict project interventions and results.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in using databases, modern Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in development, and other computer applications for M&E.
- Demonstrated skills in both quantitative and qualitative analysis and data management.
- Experienced in designing and implementing successful communication and knowledge management strategies.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
