1. Executive ORIC

The Executive Office of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization (ORIC) is a pivotal role at IBA, responsible for spearheading research initiatives, fostering innovation, and commercializing research outputs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research management, a proven track record in innovation-driven projects, and the ability to translate research into commercial ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage research projects and initiatives.
• Foster a culture of innovation and support faculty and students in research endeavors.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with industry and academia.
• Ensure compliance with research policies and ethical standards.
• Drive the commercialization of research outputs and manage intellectual property.

Qualifications:

• A master’s degree in a relevant field (PhD preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in research management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Logistics Officer

The Logistics Officer will play a crucial role in managing the logistics operations at IBA, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and services. This position requires a highly organized individual with experience in logistics management and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all logistics operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

3. Business Development Executive (Program Development)

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving the growth and development of IBA’s programs, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in business development and program management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategies for program growth and development.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform program development.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners and alumni.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in business development or program management.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
