Key Responsibilities

As a Career Guidance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Career Counseling: Providing personalized career counseling to students and alumni, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and career goals.
Career Workshops: Organizing and conducting workshops on resume writing, interview skills, job search strategies, and career planning.
Employer Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with potential employers to facilitate job placements, internships, and networking opportunities for students.
Resource Development: Developing and updating career resources, guides, and tools to support students in their career development journey.
Career Fairs: Planning and coordinating career fairs, networking events, and on-campus recruitment drives.
Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of student interactions, employer engagements, and placement statistics.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Counseling.
Experience: Relevant experience in career counseling, human resources, or a related field.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
Skills: Strong and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Proactive Approach: A proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
