Middle Management – Commercial

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and conduct market studies including demand, supply, market research, and dynamics.
  • Perform commercial pre-feasibility and due diligence for concept projects.

  • Conduct financial and economic feasibility studies for projects and develop budgets at various stages.

  • Lead business opportunity reviews, and deal reviews, and ensure proper documentation for transactions.

Education:

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s from a renowned HEC-recognized university or equivalent foreign degree in Finance, Management, or a relevant field.
  • Finance certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or CA are considered a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience in a large national or multinational organization.
  • At least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Experience in financial and commercial due diligence, transaction advisory, business development, and new ventures.
  • Preferably not more than 40 years old as of the application deadline.

Middle Management – Technical

  • Support research and development, operational and technical due diligence, and feasibility studies for concept projects.
  • Supervise project planning, design development, and technical solution development with cost estimates.
  • Evaluate the integrity of the plant, property, equipment, project cost estimations, and vendor assessments.
  • Assess potential technical risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Review projects effectively and write technical reports on concept projects, proposals, and potential investments.
  • Develop presentations summarizing technical evaluations for senior management.
  • Conduct data modeling, identify best practices, and create performance measurements.
  • Review technical reports and develop strategic insights for decision-making.

Education:
