Middle Management – Commercial
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and conduct market studies including demand, supply, market research, and dynamics.
- Perform commercial pre-feasibility and due diligence for concept projects.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities and develop strategic themes for investment.
- Conduct financial and economic feasibility studies for projects and develop budgets at various stages.
- Analyze business plans, develop financial models, and conduct market valuations on potential investments.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to support decision-making for senior management.

- Lead business opportunity reviews, and deal reviews, and ensure proper documentation for transactions.

Education:
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s from a renowned HEC-recognized university or equivalent foreign degree in Finance, Management, or a relevant field.
- Finance certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or CA are considered a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience in a large national or multinational organization.
- At least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Experience in financial and commercial due diligence, transaction advisory, business development, and new ventures.
- Preferably not more than 40 years old as of the application deadline.
