Educational/Professional Qualification:

Experience:
Candidates are expected to bring a wealth of experience to the table, with a minimum of 5 years in the banking industry, including 3 years in relationship management within Corporate, Commercial, Risk Management, and/or Investment Banking.

  • Collaborate with the Unit Head – GOPSA to formulate and implement business strategies aimed at achieving sales/business targets.
  • Assess customer portfolios, identify cross-selling opportunities, and devise strategies to increase the share of the wallet.
  • Monitor the growth of the assigned portfolio and the profitability of individual accounts.
  • Foster synergy with internal business and product partners to provide seamless client service.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to asset book building, cross-selling, and other banking products and services.
  • Prepare and advocate credit proposals, ensuring data integrity and alignment with the Bank’s policies.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory guidelines and ensure strict compliance.
  • Prepare business call reports, facility letters, and other internal and external correspondences.
  • Uphold internal control standards and address audit points.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes, and practices.
