Position Overview: Female MIS Officer – OG III

Key Responsibilities

As a Female MIS Officer in the Special Assets Management division, your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

  1. Automated Report Generation: Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to automate report generation for Non-Performing Loan (NPL) accounts.
  2. Recovery Support: Provide backup support for recovery units handling collections.
  3. NPL Account Management: Analyze and follow up on NPL accounts within your assigned portfolio. Monitor and report progress on recoveries on a fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  4. Recovery Strategies: Develop and implement recovery strategies for assigned accounts in coordination with the wing head.
  5. Legal Liaison: Work closely with the legal office to ensure proper follow-up on accounts.
  6. Dashboard Preparation: Assist in preparing dashboards and control methodologies for portfolio progress.
  7. Monthly MIS Development: Create monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for management review.
  8. Presentation Preparation: Aid your supervisor in preparing presentations for senior management as required.
  9. Report Generation: Generate pertinent reports as needed.
  10. Regional Office Liaison: Collaborate with regional offices to facilitate the recovery of NPLs.
  11. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all external regulations (State Bank of Pakistan’s Prudential Regulations) and internal policies (Credit Policies, etc.).
  12. Additional Assignments: Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

  • Task Prioritization: Competence in prioritizing and accomplishing tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Employment Terms: The position is on a contractual basis for three years, with the possibility of renewal at management’s discretion.
  • Initial Posting Period: Selected candidates must serve at their initial place of posting for at least three years. Requests for transfers will not be entertained during this period.
