National Rural Support Programme NRSP Jobs 2024

Available Positions

1. Trainee

Salary: PKR 56,000 per month
Age Limit: 27 years
Qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (I.Com/D.Com/B.Com) in Accounts, Banking, or Finance.

Job Description:
As a trainee, you will be responsible for supporting various financial and banking operations. This position offers a learning environment to help you develop skills in accounts and finance.

2. Field Staff

Salary: PKR 37,000 per month
Age Limit: 25 years
Qualification: Intermediate

Job Description:
Field staff will be responsible for on-ground activities related to microfinance operations, including customer interactions, data collection, and community engagement.

3. Accounts Staff

Salary: PKR 41,000 per month
Age Limit: 30 years
Qualification: ADC/ADP, Master’s Degree in Business Management, Public Administration, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Agriculture, Math, Chemistry.

Job Description:
Accounts staff will manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure accurate financial tracking and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualification Requirements

Trainee: Intermediate (I.Com, D.Com) or Bachelor’s (B.Com)
Field Staff: Intermediate
Accounts Staff: ADC/ADP, Master’s Degree in relevant fields

Age Limit

Trainee: 27 years
Field Staff: 25 years
Accounts Staff: 30 years

Salary and Benefits

Trainee: PKR 56,000 per month
