Fellow Development
Qualifications:
- BE/BSc Engineering (Electrical/Electronics): Candidates must have graduated with 1st Division, 2.5 or above CGPA, or 60% or above percentage from HEC recognized universities. Valid PEC registration is mandatory.
- B.Tech Honors (Electrical/Electronics): Candidates must have graduated with 1st Division, 2.5 or above CGPA, or 60% or above percentage from HEC recognized universities/institutions.
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE): Candidates must have a DAE in Electrical/Electronics technology from a recognized technical institute by the concerned Board of Technical Education.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 30 years.
Quota and Positions:
- KPK: 50 seats (Upper Kohistan, Lower Kohistan, Kolai Palas, Shangla, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur) including District Attock of Punjab.
- Punjab: 20 seats (Khushab).
Instructions and General Conditions
Application Process:
- Candidates are required to apply online through the prescribed application portal available on the NTDC website www.ntdc.gov.pk/careers.
Stipend:
- BE/BSc Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or B-Tech (Honors) degrees: Monthly stipend of Rs. 40,000.
- DAE (Electrical/Electronics): Monthly stipend of Rs. 30,000.
Eligibility:
- Only candidates from the specified districts are eligible to apply.
- Candidates awaiting their results are not eligible.
- Applicants must upload educational documents (degrees/certificates and transcripts), a PEC registration card, domicile, CNIC, and a recent photograph on the online portal.
Selection Process:
- Only shortlisted candidates will be selected for the Graduate Internship Program.
- No age relaxation will be granted.
- Incomplete applications or applications with incorrect information will be disqualified at any stage, even after selection/employment, with costs.
- Candidates dismissed on disciplinary grounds or debarred from future employment are not eligible to apply.
Interview and Travel:
- No TA/DA will be provided to candidates for appearing in interviews.
Discretionary Powers:
- NTDC reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or withhold the process at any stage.
- The last date for receipt of applications is 15.06.2024.
