1. Assistant (BPS-15)

Number of Positions: 4
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate degree.
Selected candidates must complete a 6-week basic IT training course (including MS Office) conducted by the National Information Technology Board (NITB) before the end of the probation period.
Age Limit: Maximum 33 years (including age relaxation as per government policy).

2. Stenotypist (BPS-14)

Number of Positions: 8
Qualification & Experience:
Intermediate.
Minimum typing speed of 80/40 words per minute in shorthand/typing.
Must be computer literate.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years (including age relaxation as per government policy).
Regional/Provincial Quota:
Open Merit: 4

3. Data Entry Operator (BPS-14)

Number of Positions: 1
Qualification & Experience:
2nd Class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Minimum typing speed of 10,000 key depressions per hour for data entry/verification.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years (including age relaxation as per government policy).
Regional/Provincial Quota: Sindh (Rural): 1

4. Driver (BPS-04)

Number of Positions: 3
Qualification & Experience:
Primary pass.
Valid driving license holder and well-versed in traffic rules.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (including age relaxation as per government policy).

5. Despatch Rider (BPS-04)

Qualification & Experience:
Primary pass.

6. Naib Qasid (BPS-01)

7. Chowkidar (BPS-01)

Application and Interview Process

Walk-in Interviews

Candidates for the positions of Driver, Despatch Rider, Naib Qasid, and Chowkidar are required to appear for walk-in interviews along with the duly filled prescribed application form. They must bring original documents and one set of photocopies of all testimonials/documents, along with two recent passport-sized photographs, as per the following schedule:

Application Submission for Other Positions

Candidates who fulfill the requisite qualifications and domicile requirements for positions at S.No. 1 to 3 should apply on the prescribed application form for recruitment. The form must be accompanied by an attested copy of CNIC and two colored passport-sized photographs. Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement to the following address:

Applications other than the prescribed form will not be entertained.
The application form is available on the BOI’s website www.invest.gov.pk, PPRA’s website www.ppra.org.pk, and the National Job Portal website www.njp.gov.pk.

General Instructions

The relevant/required documents (in original) must be shown at the time of the test/interview. Copies of the documents will not be entertained.
General age relaxation in the upper age limit will be granted as per Establishment Division’s O.M No. 9/2/91-R-5 dated 28-11-2000 and clarification dated 24-06-2010, as amended from time to time.
Regional quota, disabled person quota, and woman quota will be observed as per government instructions issued from time to time.
Female candidates are encouraged to apply and compete for positions on merit.
BOI reserves the right to increase/decrease/abolish any number of posts at any time or cancel the whole recruitment process without assigning any reason.
Those already in service must apply through the proper channel and bring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria (for S.No. 1 to 3) will be called for a test followed by an interview based on merit determined after the written test.
No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
