Application Process
- Online Application: Candidates must apply online through the University of Education website (www.ue.edu.pk) and submit a printed hard copy of the application form to the Registrar Office, University of Education, College Road Township Campus, Lahore.
- Documentation: Candidates for Professor and Associate Professor posts must submit six sets of hard copies of the printed online application form along with six sets of testimonials, research publications, and certificates of distinction.
- Fee Submission: Print the system-generated fee challan and deposit the application processing fee in any branch of the Bank of Punjab.
- Supporting Documents: Attach attested copies of CNIC, domicile, educational documents, certificates, experience letters, and any other relevant documents along with the fee deposit receipt.
Application Processing Fee:
- BPS-19 to BPS-21: Rs. 4000/-
- BPS-17: Rs. 2500/-
- Incomplete Applications: Applications without the required documents or fee deposit challan will be rejected.

General Information
- Age Relaxation: Relaxation in the upper age limit may be granted as per government rules.
- Quota: The quota for disabled persons, minorities, and women will be observed as per rules.
- Degree Recognition: Degrees must be from HEC recognized universities.
- Foreign Degree Holders: Must submit equivalence certificates from HEC/PMDC/PEC.
- Government Employees: Apply through proper channel with NOC/Advance Copy.
- Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews. No TA/DA will be paid.
- University Responsibility: The University will not be responsible for non-receipt or late receipt of call letters due to courier or postal delays.
- Experience: Experience must be post-qualification unless specified otherwise.
- Non-compliance: Applications that do not meet the criteria will be rejected.
